The fourth part of what has fast become a club night visual content phenomenon has arrived. London’s exclusive nightlife scene has never been so on point and this time it hits NYC. Going back to its roots (the brand was originally inspired by the NYC club landscape) comes Room Service: The Sextape Part 4 – filmed and based in NY with some of the city’s hottest talent and starring none other than creative, pioneer and DJ/producer extraordinaire Jodie Harsh. The eponymous brand hosts pop-up nights on the other side of the Atlantic, so stay tuned for more in 2013.

The track features is If You Ain’t Got Soul by Kris Di Angelis with fashion by Jeremy Scott for adidas, Chockers shoes, Slick It Up, Patricia Field, Charlie by Matthew Zinc, STUDmuffin and Vita E Liberta.

From club brand to record label and beyond, here is the worldwide exclusive first listen and lyric video for Mandolin – Jodie Harsh’s bass-driven stomper of an underground dance track and the debut release from from the Room Service record label.

The track features vocals from ‘Put ‘em High’ songstress and Swedish wonder-woman Therese, a live Mandolin and a breakdown of epic proportions.

Room Service is a new house label created by the team behind the London-based club brand of the same name. It is set to release music from the club’s favourite producers along with a string of collaborations from international recording artists.

Mandolin is released on 15 October on the Room Service record label, available for download from iTunes, Beatport and Amazon. To pre-order on iTunes click here.

Earlier this month, we saw three stunning features from Candy issue #4 – The Extravagance Issue, and now here is a preview of what is guaranteed to be one of the most exciting editorials within the magazine. Here is a behind the scenes clip of ‘An Extraordinary Wedding’ starring Jodie Harsh by Mariano Vivanco and styled by Charles Adesanya. The footage is directed and edited by Basement Film Productions and is pretty NSFW.

All that I am going to say for now is that this is going to be absolutely HUGE and literally transform the London club scene as we know it. What CLOUD (a new club night by mega-brand This Is…Circus another brainchild of Jodie “Business, Woman” Harsh) is about to bring is unparalleled. Stay tuned to This Is…Circus on Facebook.

Two weeks ago, we saw a preview of the stunning artwork by Tim Bret-Day for the official announcement and now the highly anticipated hot new dance EP from London’s uber talented DJ/club queen Jodie Harsh in collaboration with Melanie C – The Night has finally arrived on iTunes.

It features three dance tracks (Set You Free, Sunrise and Walk Away), plus a digital booklet with song lyrics and more exclusive images of Melanie photographed by world renowned fashion photographer Tim Bret-Day. Check out Set You Free below. Dress in the images by Hasan Hejazi and hair by Aaron Carlo.

Club night icon Jodie Harsh and pop legend Melanie C will be dropping a three-track dance EP titled ‘The Night’ via iTunes on 13th May 2012. The EP features three tracks Melanie (vocals) and Jodie (production) worked on together last year along with a digital booklet. Here’s a preview of the artwork taken from the photo shoot with Tim Bret-Day. Dress by Hasan Hejazi and hair by Aaron Carlo. Full details and previews of the collaboration EP are set to be released over the next two weeks.

If this were in POP magazine today, it would go insanely viral. Back in 2006 and pre KARLISMYUNKLE days (I know, the thought of the blog being absent from your life is painful), I would definitely have posted this. So, since it isn’t anywhere else online (apart from Jodie’s Facebook page) – here are two incredible images of London club scene icon and “business, woman” (not Madonna/Minaj reference) extraordinaire Jodie Harsh by my favourite photography duo Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott.

Alongside Lana Del Rey, Grace Jones and Patrick Wolf, the This is…Circus stage at Lovebox 2012 is set to be immense. Sunday June 17th will see Mika, Felix Da Housecat take to the stage in a technicolour house music fiesta along with DJ sets from Kris Di Angelis, Jodie Harsh and Joshyou Are. Check out the incredible artwork featuring Jodie Harsh herself photographed by Tim Bret Day below and stay tuned to Twitter and Facebook for more updates.

The third part of, what is fast becoming, the iconic series of Room Service (global nightclub extraordinaire) sextapes has just gone live. The five minute short film, co-directed by nightlife legend Jodie Harsh and KARLISMYUNKLE favourites Thomas Knights and Marco Ovando stars Francois Sagat, Will Helm, Bradie Jay Glenn, La Pequena, Jonathan Agassi, Tate Ryder, Geronimo, Vic Banker and the eponymous Amanda Lepore and Jodie Harsh. The track featured is Boys On The Dance Floor by Waterson (Kris Di Angelis and Ben Dobie remix). Check out incredible photos from the club night shot by Dimitris Theocharis on Facebook and tumblr.

From London’s groundbreaking club night, comes “Hold Your Wig” the sequel to the first Room Service sextape launched back in June of this year. Once again the short is directed the the inimitable Thomas Knights.

This time around it stars Jodie Harsh and Soho Princess and DJ Munroe Bergdorf in some rather humorous situations as an unsuspecting Room Service attendee (played by Nigel Meadows) attempts to piece together the antics that took place the night before. The film was shot at the W Hotel London and the track featured is Hold Your Wig by Kris Di Angelis and Tom Stephan. Stay tuned for Part III coming soon. If you’re in London on 29 December, one of KARLISMYUNKLE’s favourite fashion photographers Mariano Vivanco will be hosting the club night.
